The Apers - Teenage Drama Every Kid Will Understand (2000) 320
The Apers 10" debut release on Stardumb records sounds like Queers by way of Screeching Weasel, with just a touch of the Ramones, all drenched in sugar, and done up in classic, three-chord fashion tunes. Hailing from Rotterdam, The Apers are part of the Dutch powerpop scene together with The Travoltas, De Kik and Mark and the Spies to name but a few.
