Doll By Doll – Remember (1979) (2007 cd Reissue) 320

* Ok my next 4 posts are albums requested via email by Peter in Sydney, so rather than just email links to him, thought I might as well share them here on Vibes for everyone!! *

* If anybody else would like to request something, if one of us doesn't have it, I will try to track you down a copy, just send your requests to the site email 4vibessite(at)proton.me, just swap (at) with @ *

* Doll  By Doll were a London based rock band formed by Jackie Leven in 1975. They came to prominence during the New Wave before splitting after their third eponymous album "Doll by Doll" recorded 1980 but long delayed due to contractual reasons. The fourth album was Leven and Helen Turner on vocals plus studio musicians. *

Jackie Leven (With David Thomas) - Creatures Of The Light And Darkness (2001) @320

Two great artists on the same album, sadly neither are still with us, Jackie passed in 2011 and David passing in April this year. Should dig out more Jackie Leven and his earlier band Doll by Doll stuff over the next few weeks.

Enjoy, Reb 😎 Link 👇
