Many thanks for this. I remember seeing The Clash twice many years ago. The first was at a Rock Against Racism festival in Victoria Park, London. I can't believe that in the current climate, so few artists are not organising. While it may not solve all our problems, back in those days it did make a difference.
Yeah is very disappointing really, bands seem to have lost their balls!! no fight against what they feel is wrong. The late 70's and early 80's with the riots in England, bands stood up!! RAR gigs did make a difference for sure.
