* I made the decision some time ago, to stop posting Flac or Wav posts here on Vibes, this will be the future for my shares only as 320. If somebody submits an album to us in Flac or Wav then I will continue to post this in that format. And this has been perfect for me, saves me having to store massive amounts of Flac in external HD's, and as I said a while ago, I will not be re upping any of my posts in Flac or 320, you have long enough to take what is shared here. *
* I have been sharing between three and sometimes five posts per, but as these are often double CD's or box sets, then this pushes the figure much higher. So from today I am going to start dropping that to maybe one, two or maybe even none per day in 320. *
* So just been thinking what ever I post will be between 10am and 1pm, if there are no shares between these hours from me, then there won't be anything from me on that day. *
* Box Of Vibes will still be posted here on a Tueday's, but it isn't included s one of my shares for that day. Because these are team effort, they are the only thing I share that I will happily re up. *
* I want to spend some time properly sorting my digital music, and re-arranging how and where I store this, an on going probelm! I keep a back up of all my files, after losing a HD, after this failure and all I lost, I decided to have two copies of everything as a back up, these takes more time, things need to change! *
* I am also involved in some other music projects and I have let these slide since Vibes was opened and need to get back to these! *
* So I will still be here and sharing but not as much, that's the long and the short of it, hope you understand. *
* Thanks to all of you who take the time to thank the uploaders here on Vibes, but sadly downloads are getting higher and higher and the comments are getting less and less, and this does need to change. *
* Once I get my digital music sorted as I want it, I will most likely return to my normal schedule of posting, but you never know do ya. *

truly understand you, reb... i´ve been transforming all my files to 320 till there was no flac or wav in my HD of backups. It happened to me too, an HD that fails and i lost everything. now i have two backups also and even if i download something on flac, i would do convert to 320 as soon as possible so i would not have to worry about space so soon.

Yeah 👍🏻 you get stuck, I want to into every sub folder in each letter and only keep what I truly want. I have a couple of genres I to remove and singles and live albums apart from my favorite bands. But it does take time. When I first joined everything together 😜 you will have no idea how many duplicate album I had, that made space the first time, now I need to do it again. Well I will still be posting at least one per day, post something first thing and then forget about Vibes and get on with the HD's.
