Tracks 1 to 3, 5, and 13 are taken from the 1986 Flying Nun EP The Jean Paul Sartre Experience.

Tracks 4, 6 to 12 and 14 originally included on the 1986 Flying Nun album Love Songs.

Tracks 12 and 15 originally released as the 1987 Flying Nun single I Like Rain / Bo Diddley.

Tracks 1 to 14 also previously released as the 1994 Flying Nun compilation CD The Jean-Paul Sartre Experience.

Bonus Tracks:

Tracks 16 to 21 originally released on the 1993 Flying Nun cassette Masked And Taped, featuring early 4-track demos recorded 1985 to 1987. Included as a bonus with initial copies of the Flying Nun CD Bleeding Star.

CD 2: The Size Of Food

Tracks 1 to 10 originally released on the U.S. version of the 1989 Communion album The Size Of Food, including the tracks "Cut Out" and "Mothers".

Tracks 11 to 13 originally released on the 1991 Flying Nun single Precious.

CD 3: Bleeding Star

Tracks 1 to 11 originally released on the 1993 Flying Nun album Bleeding Star.

Bonus Tracks:

Tracks 12 to 14 originally released on the 1992 Flying Nun single Breathe.

Track 15 originally released on the 1993 Flying Nun single Ray Of Shine.

Tracks 16 to 20 originally released on the 1993 Flying Nun single Into You.
