Vibes news

 

* Ok I am taking some time out, Vibes will continue, we are not closing or going private. I want to think about how and what I share here in the future. I think from now on it will be one post per day, when I restart posting next Monday (except for Mondays) with Box Of Vibes and the Jungle with a ReggaeRagga Edge series. If people take the time to thank here, then I could increase the number of posts, as long as the comments increase, if they drop again then so will the amount of posts from me will also drop. Andy, Concha and leeds (he will be returning to Vibes soon, was talking to him this morning, hopes to be back June time), are free to make as many or as little posts as they wish, nobody makes them post, they are free to do as they want. The choice is theirs in what bitrate they post (will always state it on the post), what format mp3, flac or wav. And the choice of music is their selection, whatever genre they wish. *

* The only rule in place at Vibes is we now have a no re up policy for all posts, so don't ask. (regular commentors read further down) *

* I am going to think about the comments settings and as you don't seem to want to say thanks and add your name to anonymous comments, do we turn comments off completely (staff only able to comment), or google accounts only, or all and leave anonymous comments open. What ever happens comments here will always be monitored and will have to be approved. *

* Then there is the links in my posts, as they were for all to grab, or password protected (each post would have an individual password), or you have to request links, either via comments or email, this will depend on what I decide with the comment settings. And maybe all my links will be limited to 7 or 14 days only. In the future they won't be for 3 months that's for sure. I will continue only with 320 posts, I won't ever post flac or wav here on an open site. All my links have been removed so please don't report dead links, the only links of mine that are still active are the Box Of Vibes and Jungle with a ReggaeRagga Edge series. *

* Regular commentors will still be able (depending on the system of the comments, here on Vibes) to request re up's of posts or request albums, but this may have to be via the site email. This will all become clear.  *

* The strange thing, comments dropped again but downloads and visits to the site increased. * 

* Any anonymous comment without a name added, will not be answered in the future. We are grateful for your thanks & comment, but without a name then no reply. * 

* For the time being the comments is open to all, subject to approval. *
