We are not open 24 hours a day, we have to approve comments, before they are posted, I do check from time to time via the phone, and check the emails the same. So in future any comment made after 6pm GMT will stay in the comments to be approved, next morning. The same with emails, any email sent after 6pm GMT will stay in the in box, without a reply.
We will then approve any valid comments and reply to any valid emails, early the next morning, after 9am GMT. All three admins for the site are based in Europe. The net is worldwide, so you are going to have to wait, for any answers to emails and/or comments.
The site admins will be here 9am GMT until 6pm GMT.
If this doesn't work for you, then I am sorry but that's the way it's going to be from now on.
If you're not happy with this service then, search the net for the file elsewhere, you can't expect everything on a plate.

So send any emails or comments between 9am and 6pm and we will deal with them right away. Any time out of this time scale, you will have to wait for approval of comments and a reply. Or a link or reply to your email. We all have a life away from the net.
